Museum, windmill and blacksmith shop exhibits, tours, and demonstrations.
The main museum and gift shop is located at 3171 Main Street in a mid-19th C homestead, and houses four permanent galleries, a special exhibits gallery, archives, and a gift shop. The fully restored eighteenth century Harris-Black House, Higgins Farm Windmill, and working 1870 Hopkins Blacksmith Shop are located at Windmill Village, Drummer Boy Park, 773 Main Street, with guides offering tours and demonstrations. All buildings are open 1pm - 4pm Thursday, Friday & Saturday late June to early September, and year round by appointment for students, bus tours, and researchers.
