Wise Living started in the mid 80's and has grown from one community to six over the years
What is your primary product or service?
Senior Independent Living
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Chris Wise grandmother in the 80's was looking for a retirement home, but would not consider any of the available options. Chris researched the field and developed the Wise Living concept, a model that was ahead of its time and is now look upon as more of the industry standard.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Wise Living provides well appointed condominium homes where the owner retains equity, choice and control. They purchase a unit and have complete control over its disposition, their health choices and remain in the community of their choice, often retaining existing relationships with service providers, friends and family, etc.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently, there are four Wise Living communities on Cape Cod.
