From Boston and Points North Take Route I-93 South to Route 3 toward Cape Cod. Stay on Route 3 to the Sagamore Bridge Rotary, which is just before the bridge. Cross the Sagamore Bridge and follow the signs for Route 6 East (Mid-Cape Highway). Take Exit 5 (Route 149) off of Route 6. At the bottom of the exit, turn left onto Route 149 toward Barnstable. At the intersection of Route 149 and Route 6A, turn left and proceed for 1 mile. Bear left onto High Street. The High Pointe Inn will be on your right (#70).
