The Better Business Bureau just notified me; "Brentwood Painting has decided not to respond to your complaint. BBB can't force the business to respond."
I filed a complaint with BBB because paint peeled off the house within months of Brentwood's work here. The company came buy a year after the first request to fix a huge peeled off area, but refused to do any further work. In addition to being told that "my wife won't let me do any more warranty work", I was told that "Massachusetts changed the formula of the paint to coincide with California standards", and "I can't get good workers as everyone is on heroin".
The paint continues to peel and I have no recourse
