This agency assists residents on the Lower Cape to avoid becoming homeless.
The Homeless Prevention Council (HPC) assists residents in the eight towns on the Lower Cape who are at risk of becoming homeless. An experienced team of professional case managers meet individually and confidentially with clients. Solutions are found for the current situation and plans are developed to avoid having the same problem again.
Annually, HPC assists nearly 2,000 residents on the Lower Cape. Preventing homelessness is the most cost effective solution.
