How long have you been in business?
The Beechwood Inn has been in business since 1986, run for 19 years by the previous owners. My fiance and I purchased the B&B in November of 2013

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Native Cape Codder with a love for B&B's, cooking, and baking.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Aside from being extremely customer service orientated, the house really speaks for itself with the history of the building and the beautiful landscape. My Fiance, who is in construction, is interested in bringing back the beautiful Victorian details of the construction and keeping up on the landscape.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have just the one location with 6 rooms. We do not plan on expanding anytime soon, as our focus is on detailed customer service, we like to keep the intimate charm of the Inn as it is.

From the Sagamore Bridge: Take the Mid Cape Highway (Route6) - take Exit #6 for Barnstable. From the off-ramp turn LEFT onto Route 132 North. Take Route 132 for one mile and it will end at a stop sign at Route 6A. Turn RIGHT onto Route 6A East (Main Street) and continue for 1.7 miles. Beechwood is on the right hand side at 2839 Main Street (Route 6A).
