Foley Real Estate offers homes, condos and land for sale and over 150 vacation rentals at the beach.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I began the business in 1970 having visited Cape Cod for the first time during the summer of 1968.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our staff of professionals works diligently to make sure that there is total customer and client satisfaction. We are open seven days per week for convenience.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location at 703 Main Street in Falmouth. I am licensed in 14 states along the eastern seaboard.

From the Bourne Bridge, floow Route 28 into Falmouth. Route 28 becomes Main Street and we are located at 703 Main Street.
What type of payments do you accept?
Check, cash, wire transfer or money order.
Which areas do you service?
We service the Upper Cape (Falmouth, Bourne, Mashpee) primarily, but we do sales and rentals throughout Barnstable County.

Our agency is run by Jim Foley, Kara Griesbauer and Erika Capobianco.
