Consumer information, referral and mediation services as they pertain to consumer complaints against merchants and sellers of goods and service. We work in cooperation with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office handling consumer complaints for all of Cape Cod and the Islands.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
One and only "informal" mediation services for Cape Cod and the Islands.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently located at 149 Main Street, Hyannis, MA 02601. Planning to offer a satellite option in the Falmouth/Mashpee area Spring 2015

Route 6 to Exit 7. Take a left off exit, follow straight through (Willow Street/Yarmouth Road) until you reach traffic lights at Iyannough Road. Cross Iyannough Road onto Camp Street. At light, turn right onto Main Street and quick left into the driveway/parking lot of 149 Main Street. Big, white building with a covered front porch and large pillars.
