How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My background for 11 years was in finance for high technology corporations. After moving to the Cape and with 4 years of experience as a sales agent I purchased and became broker for a leading Falmouth Real Estate company which in 2009 became part of Kinlin Grover Real Estate, the leading real estate company on Cape Cod. My years of experience have allowed me to be involved in thousands of transactions dealing with construction, conservation, land, residential and commercial sales specializing in water front communities. Actively involved in the Realtor Association, I have served as the Cape Cod President in 2001 and as the Massachusetts Realtor President in 2007 and the New England Regional Vice President in 2012.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My experience with thousands of transactions and involvement in the Realtor Association has provided me with the knowledge of the industry and trends to truly help sellers and buyers. My financial background has helped create and track many transactions to closing. There is a difference between an agent who has been involved in thousands of transactions and one who sells a few properties each year.
